The Portwest C470 is the standard-issue hi-vis vest: two horizontal bands and a brace of 5cm Hi-VisTex reflective tape on a 125gsm knitted polyester body, certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2, with a hook-and-loop front. It is the vest sites hand out at the gate, the vest that lives in the van, and the one most firms print their name on the back of.
Print is the finish for a vest. A back print between the bands, or a small chest print, stays legible on the fluorescent fabric and does not interfere with the tape.
