Questions, answered
Is there a minimum order for personalised softshells and coats?
No. Order one jacket or two hundred — the price per garment is the same and the personalisation is charged per letter, per number or per logo.
How much does it cost to put a logo on softshells and coats?
A logo is £3.95 per garment. Names are 80p a letter, initials £1.75 a letter and numbers £1.75 to £2.00 a digit. The designer totals it up as you go, so there is nothing to work out.
Can I order a whole team in one go?
Yes. Open the team sheet in the designer and paste your list straight out of a spreadsheet — names, numbers and sizes, one row per person. Every row becomes its own garment with its own printing.
Can my company pay on a purchase order?
Yes. Schools, clubs, councils and companies can enter a PO number on the basket and it travels onto the invoice and the delivery note. Orders over £100 take 10% off automatically, and UK delivery is free over £300.
