Thank you for shopping with us. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the process for returning items and requesting refunds.

Before initiating any return or refund request, customers MUST contact our customer service team to discuss the situation. No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation and a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags/packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation, receipt).
  • Sale items or items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return.
  • Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team with your return request.
  2. Our team will evaluate your request and provide instructions if approved.
  3. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
  4. Package the item(s) securely with the RMA number clearly marked.
  5. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
  6. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns.

Exchanges

We do not automatically process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Follow the return process outlined above.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

 If you receive damaged or defective merchandise:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include photos of the damaged/defective items in your communication.
  3. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense and send a replacement or issue a refund.

Gift Returns

For gifts received, please contact our customer service team with:

  • Order number (if available)
  • Name of person who purchased the gift
  • Proof of receipt of the gift

Refunds for gifts will be issued as store credit unless otherwise arranged.

Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements. Items returned without prior authorisation or an RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender.
