Standard Delivery All orders are dispatched on a standard delivery service with an estimated delivery timeframe of up to 21 days from the date of order confirmation. This allows sufficient time for order processing, production (where applicable), and transit.
Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days of receipt. During peak periods or for large team kit orders, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
UK Coverage We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other remote postcodes may be subject to extended timeframes or additional charges. Please contact us prior to ordering if you are unsure whether your postcode is covered under our standard rate.
Tracking Information Where tracking is available, you will be notified by email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Local Collection Local collection may be available from our premises in Lowestoft, Suffolk. Please contact us in advance to arrange collection.
