Junior football team playing a match in matching blue club kit

Every club secretary knows this job, and every club secretary hates it.

You collect sizes on a WhatsApp group. Half the parents reply. You chase the other half. You collect the money, in dribs and drabs, some of it in cash at training. You place one big order, and then three people want a different size and one wants their child's name on the back. You are now a shop, a bank and a returns department, and you did not volunteer for any of that.

A club shop puts a stop to it, and we build and host it for free.

What it is

Your own page on our site, carrying your crest, your colours and only the kit your club has approved. Parents go to it, pick their own child's size, add the name and number themselves, and pay for it themselves.

The club is out of the middle. No collecting sizes, no collecting money, no chasing, no holding stock in somebody's garage.

What it costs the club

Nothing. We build it, we host it, we take the orders, we do the printing, we post it out. There is no setup fee and no monthly charge.

What the parent sees

Only your kit — not the rest of a 6,000-product catalogue, which is what makes an ordinary web shop hopeless for this. Every garment is already the club's approved item in the club's colours, with the crest already in the right place and the right size.

If they want a name and number on it, they add it themselves and see it on a 3D model of the shirt before they buy, at its real printed size. Prices are on the page — names from 80p a letter, numbers from £1.75.

What the club still controls

Everything that matters:

  • Which garments are in the shop, and which are not
  • The colours, the crest and where it sits
  • Whether there are separate shops for seniors, juniors, coaches or supporters — several clubs run more than one

If the club does want to place one big order — a full set of match shirts numbered 1 to 20 — that still works, and it is quicker than it used to be: paste the team sheet in from a spreadsheet and order the whole squad in one go.

Getting one set up

Tell us the club, the kit you want in it and send us your crest. We do the rest, and we will show you the shop before it goes live.

One thing worth knowing: we only list a shop in the public directory once there is stock behind it. A page that sends a parent to an empty shelf is worse than no page at all.

Not a sports club?

The same thing exists for staff uniform — see corporate shops.
