Corporate Shops: Staff Uniform Ordering Without the Spreadsheet

Staff uniform is one of those jobs that quietly lands on whoever is nearest — an office manager, a supervisor, someone in HR. And it is never a single job. It is a new starter every few weeks, a lost fleece, a jacket that needs replacing before winter, and somebody, somewhere, keeping a spreadsheet of who has what.

What it is

Your own page on our site holding only the garments your business has approved, already carrying your logo in the right place, at the right size, in the right colour. Staff go to it, pick their own size, and order.

No more forwarding a supplier catalogue and hoping nobody orders something off-brand. If it is not in the shop, it cannot be bought.

What it solves

• New starters. Send them a link on day one instead of taking their measurements and placing an order.
• Brand consistency. Everyone gets the same garment, the same colour and the same logo placement. Not this year's polo next to a three-year-old one in a slightly different navy.
• Nobody holding stock. No boxes of size M in a cupboard, and no one guessing next year's headcount.
• Replacements. A ruined jacket in January is a five-minute job, not a purchasing exercise.

How the money works — your choice

Some businesses pay centrally: orders come to you, on account, and we can require a purchase order number on every one so it matches your finance process. Others let staff buy their own, or set an allowance. Tell us which and we will set it up that way.

Before you commit, see it on the garment

Put your logo on any workwear product and you see it on a spinnable 3D model of that garment at its real printed size in millimetres, with the printable area drawn on. If the file you have is too low-resolution to print cleanly, it says so before you order.
